Retail District Manager

Lead district strategy and store performance across 3–10 retail locations, partnering with the Regional Vice President, Senior District Manager, or Director of Retail Operations. This role will drive operational turnaround, team development, store execution, and sales growth during the first six months through frequent travel and weekly store visits. The position offers potential advancement into corporate retail operations, merchandising leadership, or regional management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district strategy across assigned stores.
• Drive store performance, sales growth, and operational turnaround.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage district budgets.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Conduct frequent travel and weekly visits to assigned stores.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and customer experience standards.
• Conduct compliance audits and ensure consistent store execution.
• Analyze performance and provide regular district reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit management and retail operations.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting and budget management.
• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Skills in performance analytics, coaching and mentoring, and strategic planning.
• Conflict resolution experience.
