Production Associate (Packer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and processing materials according to production schedules and specifications.
• Move, sort, pack, and organize raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Inspect products during the production process to ensure quality standards are met and identify defective items for correction or disposal.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to support operational reporting and performance tracking.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping to help maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle 10 lbs of materials throughout the workday.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
