MRI Technologist - Urgent Need

We are hiring an MRI Technologist to join its High-Risk Breast Imaging team in Rochester, NY. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality MRI services to high-risk and newly diagnosed patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform breast MRI procedures and ensure patient safety
• Review patient history and MRI screening forms
• Start IVs and assist with patient positioning
• Assist radiologists with MRI-guided biopsy procedures
• Complete accurate patient documentation
• Verify implanted devices for MRI compatibility
• Troubleshoot basic MRI technology issues
• Provide excellent patient care in a high-volume setting

Requirements:

• Current NY state licensing/registration
• CPR certification
• MRI Technologist experience
• Breast MRI experience preferred but not required – training available
• Injection certification preferred; training available
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
