Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position calls for someone who can keep complex schedules organized, manage travel logistics with precision, and help ensure executive priorities stay on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling time-sensitive coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain well-organized daily priorities.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas when needed, and help ensure executives are prepared for key discussions.
• Track changes to appointments and travel plans, communicating updates promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities that help senior leadership operate efficiently.
• Manage multiple requests at once while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail.• At least 3 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities effectively.
• Experience booking and coordinating travel arrangements with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency in coordinating executive meetings and managing related scheduling needs.
