LOCATION: Somers, NY
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: In-person; on-call/AOC rotation
SETTING: Residential and clinical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

SUMMARY

Provide leadership and oversight of clinical services, including behavioral, social work, speech and language, and dietary services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise clinical staff and oversee clinical programming.

• Manage intake, discharge, staffing, training, and mentorship.

• Monitor treatment plans, behavior programs, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead crisis intervention and participate in interdisciplinary planning.

• Conduct program reviews and site visits to ensure quality and effectiveness.

• Develop clinical policies, procedures, and staff training.

• Serve on internal committees, including the Human Rights Committee.

• Liaise with families, advocates, agencies, and department leaders.

• Participate in after-hours on-call and AOC rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Psychology or related human services field.

• Active LCSW or BCBA required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities.

• ABA competency and behavior plan development experience.

• Proven management and leadership experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.

• OPWDD experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent standing and walking.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and assist individuals with movement.
