About the Position:
Our client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a hybrid role combining telehealth supervision with in-home and clinic-based services, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs.
Deliver parent and caregiver training and support.
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification.
Active license in the State of Missouri.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with children with autism preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
