RN – Utilization Management / Case Manager

Requirements:

• Current RN license or ability to obtain New Mexico or Compact RN licensure prior to start
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience with Utilization Review / Utilization Management
• Experience with InterQual
• BLS certification required at submission
• Additional required certifications may be obtained after hire
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $31.00–$38.75/hour, depending on experience
• Maximum Base Rate: Up to $46.50/hour for highly experienced candidates
• BSN Allowance: $1.50/hour
• Certification Allowance: Up to $4.50/hour
• Competitive benefits package
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 for candidates with less than 2 years of experience
  • $25,000 for candidates with more than 2 years of experience
  • Two-year commitment required to receive the full bonus
• Relocation Bonus: Available depending on relocation area; one-year commitment required
