Lead the Way at LG's Newest Plant: Production Team Lead, Windsor, VA

LG Electronics is opening a brand-new manufacturing plant in Windsor, Virginia, and we're looking for Production Team Leads who lead from the line, lift up the people around them, and want to help build something from the ground up.

 What You'll Do

You'll lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing your team members while working hands-on at any station on the line. You'll champion safety, take pride in quality, keep production running smoothly, and be the go-to partner connecting your team with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

 What You Bring

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience of leading a team successfully achieving goals
• A passion for safety, quality, and helping others grow
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Comfort with hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus
