Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Our son is 14 months old and loves to play outside and tinker with toys (plays well by himself but we would love for some structured activities as well). He usually takes a short morning nap and a longer afternoon nap. We currently have him at a daycare, but we are exploring a nanny instead due to the commute time adding up! My husband and I are both active duty Air Force pilots so our schedule varies day to day. Some days we may only need a few hours of care while other days may be longer. The average day is 8:45 am-3/4 pm!
