Account Executive

Qualifications

\n
• 2–5 years of professional sales experience, ideally with progression from SDR/BDR to Account Executive
\n
• Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales
\n
• Strong prospecting skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn
\n
• Experience conducting discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business
\n
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas
\n
• Strong pipeline management and CRM experience
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
\n
• Highly motivated, organized, coachable, and accountable for results
\n
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
\n
• SaaS, software, platform, eCommerce, or technology sales experience is a strong plus
\n
• Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Operations teams is a plus
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
