Schedule: Monday through Friday - daytime hours

Do you want to help people regain their independence in everyday life? We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and daily living abilities, build individualized treatment plans, and help patients reach their goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, limitations, and goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals
• Provide therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment training to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills
• Monitor and document patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maintain independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Keep accurate, timely patient records
