Shift & Schedule: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | 36–48 Hours/Week | Approximately 4 Shifts/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care and support with activities of daily living in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
Active Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Knowledge of paraprofessional nursing care practices and procedures.
Knowledge of medical equipment and safe patient-care practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Flexibility with scheduling based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
Assist nursing staff with basic medical procedures, treatments, post-surgical care, and post-mortem care.
Obtain and document vital signs and monitor physical and mental status.
Collect urine, sputum, and stool specimens and monitor intake and output as directed.
Maintain accurate medical records, worksheets, and reports.
Assist with dining activities, including transportation, meal selection, and feeding assistance.
Respond promptly to patient requests and call lights while providing care and comfort.
Maintain clean, sanitary, and therapeutic patient-care areas.
Assist licensed nurses during emergency situations.
Transport patients to outside appointments as needed.
Perform related clerical duties, including answering phones and filing.
Participate in quality improvement and facility processes.
Follow applicable facility, state, and agency policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
