  • Accurately record production quantities, materials used, waste, downtime, and other required information.
  • Monitor material usage and minimize waste while identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of printing materials, inks, plates, and supplies.
  • Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print room and surrounding work area.
  • Monitor daily print room performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, organization, and workflow.
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations employees to coordinate material flow and keep production moving efficiently.
  • Communicate production issues, equipment needs, quality concerns, and other operational matters to management.
  • Assist with general warehouse or production responsibilities as needed.
  • Serve as the primary print room leader when management is unavailable.
  • Perform other production and operational duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical, manufacturing, or production education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in printing, machine operation, manufacturing, or production required.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
