Stress Free Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We are a locally operated, North Carolina licensed home care agency based in Stanley, NC. We are currently hiring caregivers throughout Gaston, Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Cleveland, Catawba, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Union counties.


Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  
  
• Provide medication reminders
  
  
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities
  
  
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands when authorized
  
  
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia
  
  
• Document care provided and communicate client concerns to supervisors
  
  

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, honest, and dependable
  
  
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
  
  
• PCA or CNA experience welcomed
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to pass required background screening
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
  
  
• Commitment to providing respectful, quality care
