What you’ll do

• Operate heavy equipment safely and productively
• Complete routine inspections and minor maintenance checks
• Comply with all jobsite procedures and safety requirements
• Support excavation, grading, loading, and material transport
• Report equipment issues promptly
• Coordinate with your foreman and teammates to meet project goals

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment
• Knowledge of operating procedures and safety best practices
• Ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
