 Position Objective: 

The Siding Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior siding on modular structures. This role ensures buildings are properly protected from weather while maintaining quality workmanship and appearance. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal 
• Measure, cut, and fit siding to specified dimensions 
• Inspect surfaces and prepare exteriors for proper installation 
• Repair or replace damaged siding and structural components as needed 
• Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing 
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and building codes 
• Use and maintain tools and equipment safely 
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule 
• Maintain clean and organized job sites 
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications and Educational Requirements 

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience 
•  Knowledge of construction tools and processes 

Job Requirements 

This role requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights for extended periods. Must be able to lift heavy materials (typically up to 50 pounds or more), perform repetitive physical tasks, and maintain balance on ladders or scaffolding.
