Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a lasting relationship with a child and family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of their home.

⭐ Available Shifts

Coverage Needed:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Consistent daytime schedule

⭐ About the Case

• Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting
• G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care
• One-on-one private duty nursing
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Supportive family and clinical team
• Opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care

⭐ What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings
• Perform routine G-tube care and assessments
• Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
