Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote healing, prevent infection, and alleviate pain

• Conduct wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and irrigation

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Educate patients and their families on wound care and prevention techniques

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes

Requirements:

• Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas

• Minimum 0 years of experience in wound care or related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
