We're looking for dependable, attentive, and nurturing individuals with at least three years of professional childcare experience. You’ll be responsible for engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining open communication with parents. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are essential. Compensation ranges from $22–$25 per hour, depending on your role and experience. Responsibilities:
- Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities that foster learning and creativity.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, creating a nurturing environment.
- Communicate openly and effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's day.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area, encouraging children to participate in tidying up.
- Adapt to each child's unique needs and preferences, offering personalized care and attention.
- Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals, catering to any dietary requirements.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks, supporting children's academic growth and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in professional childcare for at least three years, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing and safety.
- Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their developmental milestones.
- Proven track record of maintaining open and proactive communication with parents, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Capability to follow and adapt to established family routines, providing consistency and comfort for children.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability for scheduled hours.
- Background check clearance, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children and families.
