The Challenge

• Tackle welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless with accuracy and consistency.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into clean, reliable welds.
• Configure welding machines and equipment to match each job’s needs.
• Verify weld quality and conformance through careful inspection.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workstation and follow all safety practices.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to refine processes and efficiency.
• Diagnose and help resolve welding-related issues as they arise.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade training preferred.
• Demonstrated welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Strong blueprint/technical document comprehension.
• Keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
• Collaborative problem-solver who contributes positively to the team.
• Welding certification is beneficial.
