Help us keep production efficient, safe, and consistent. You’ll be the go-to specialist for controlling processes, validating results, and driving improvements across our manufacturing floor.

Your Impact

• Control production processes to hit performance targets and maintain steady throughput.
• Perform scheduled inspections and product tests to confirm quality and equipment health.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities that enhance efficiency and safety.
• Accurately record production metrics and maintenance activities.
• Support onboarding by training new hires on operations and safety procedures.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or as a process technician is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting ability.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with production software.
