Order Selectors

Smith Personnel Solutions is seeking Order Selectors for a busy facility in North Fort Worth, TX 76016

The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

$16.00 per hour

7:00AM - 3:30PM

Responsibilities

- Review customer orders and accurately select requested products

- Locate and pull products from designated warehouse locations

- Use an RF scanner, handheld device, or tablet to process orders

- Verify item numbers, quantities, and order accuracy

- Stage completed orders for shipment

- Maintain an organized and clean work area

- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous order selector, order pulling, or warehouse experience preferred

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Ability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Must be willing to work weekends as needed

- Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets, or similar warehouse equipment

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
