What You'll Do
As a Litigation Paralegal you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through Litigation Phases
- Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software
- Gather and organize supporting documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Assist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibits
- Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
- Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience required
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with follow through
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required
