About the Role:

As a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality patient care to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management

• Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions to licensed nurses

• Maintaining accurate records of client care and medications administered

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and knowledgeable care to clients, adhering to their individual needs and preferences
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and social workers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
