Drink Expo *SEASONAL*

Join the festive fun at our high-energy holiday pop-up restaurant, Sleigh Shed! We specialize in creative, cocktail heavy menus and one-of-a-kind holiday experience that keeps guests coming back every year. As a Drink Expeditor (Expo), you will be the link between the bar and service team. Your primary role is to ensure that cocktails and drinks are prepared correctly, served swiftly, and meet our standards. You will manage drink orders, communicate with bartenders and servers, and keep everything flowing smoothly in our high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Garnish and tray drink orders according to table and seat number
• Ensure all cocktails/bar drinks are prepared to standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
• Communicate with bartenders, servers and managers to facilitate smooth service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a love for festive celebrations
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

This position is seasonal and will end on or before 12/31/2026.
