Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

My wife and I are looking for a nanny for our newborn for 2-4 days during the work week starting in November (Baby due date is early October). My wife and I would be home most days and we have a cat. Caregiver's responsibilities would include diapering, developmental play, and light household tidying to start. Duties and payrate can be adjusted overtime as care relationship develops. We are looking for a long term fit for future children/older care. Please provide 3 references for past caregiver positions. Local, bilingual, and newborn care training are encouraged!
