Nanny Needed For My Children

We are a family of 4, with two daughters (7 and 5). Our older daughter is autistic and we are looking for a mother's helper with experience dealing with special needs children. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about caregiving for special needs children is a huge plus. The individual should be willing to engage with the requirements for this type of care, including low-demand, highly patient, meeting child at her level, and understanding and kindness regarding her needs. Hours are flexible.
