Childcare Needed

I have a sweet little 4. 5-month-old FOMO Velcro baby. A typical wake window looks like: waking up, changing his diaper, singing songs and stretching, tummy time play, sitting practice or other activity, reading a book, and then feeding to sleep. Right now he has issues falling to sleep without the breast but it is possible with a carrier or cuddles (he recently stopped using a pacifier). We are working on him staying asleep without contact. He currently takes 3-4 naps a day.
