Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. Some light housekeeping is required. My grandmother will be present as she wants to care for the baby but due to her age is limited on lifting and being able to fully participate. She wants to watch the baby herself and she is quite capable of it if the baby wasnt getting so big and we are concerned with mobility. We are hoping that she could have someone with her and hoping that person would mop and sweep and then just help as needed (like a supervisor of sorts).
