Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

British family in Chelsea with no family nearby in need of some weekly help for when we return to work. We both work full time and are looking for a kind and caring nanny (who would very much feel like a friend) to look after our baby girl in Chelsea mid week. We would prefer someone who wouldn't mind helping out with some light housekeeping to help keep us organized. Non negotiable is a nanny who does not smoke.
