Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Andover. We are a military and first responder family and are hoping to hire someone who could commit to providing care as-needed during our work schedules; schedule to be provided. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.
