Crew Member Position

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Grill, assemble, and package sandwiches, wings, and fries quickly and accurately according to brand standards.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and handle customer requests with enthusiasm.
• POS & Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale systems (like Aloha or Micros POS) to process cash and card transactions seamlessly.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning kitchen equipment, food prep surfaces, and the dining area.
• Team Support: Support coworkers during peak hours by multitasking across prep, cashier, and cleanup stations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Previous quick-service restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated newcomers!
• Skills: Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and clear communication skills.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to food safety.
