Position: Generalist Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40–$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write prompts and reference answers on everyday questions with clear context.
• Grade model output for correctness, instruction adherence, and completeness.
• Flag confidently wrong model outputs and contradictions.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Careful reading and sound judgment from a professional or academic background.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
