Installation Technician

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find dedicated Installation Technicians in White, GA. In this rewarding and hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up state-of-the-art workstations, assembling material handling equipment, and building out modern distribution facilities with a collaborative team. In an Installation Technician job youll be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.

• Assembling material handling carts, workstations, and facility structures according to instructions.

• Mounting monitors, installing IT equipment, and managing wire routing.

• Reading layout directions, verifying parts prior to assembly, and double-checking connections for quality assurance.

• Performing general labor duties including 5S taping, clearing waste/debris to eliminate hazards, and maintaining working areas.

• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining a variety of basic hand tools.

• Communicating effectively with co-workers on the line to ensure maximum accuracy and safety.

What youll need:

• Relevant experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment.

• Mechanical aptitude, good manual dexterity, and basic computer skills.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods and comfortably lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including composite toe safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.

• Must pass a background check; clean driving record preferred.
