Brivo is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our Warehouse Operations team. This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The Shipping Clerk works closely with the Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations teams to ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
This position plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders securely using shipping documentation and carrier software.
- Verify order details, label packages, and stage shipments for carrier pickup according to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, update warehouse systems, and keep shipping supplies stocked.
- Support overall warehouse operations, including inventory movement, receiving, and keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- 0–1 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management and shipping systems.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
