Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
