Position: Management Consulting Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write case prompts from engagements you ran, including client situations, data, constraints, and reference answers for model grading.
• Grade model-built market sizings and profitability analyses, ensuring sensible segmentation and logical recommendations.
• Flag model outputs that appear correct but would not pass partner review or client steering committees.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model evaluation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Professional experience in strategy, operations, or transformation consulting.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
