- Take on a vital role in maintaining and advancing cutting-edge medical technology that directly supports patient care and clinical excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.
- The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care and workflow.
- Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment, incident response, strategy implementation, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.
- Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing, resource planning, customer relations, and support of business development activities.

Requirements:
- Education Requirement: Associate degree or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Management Experience: 0-3 years
- Related Experience: 5-7 years
