Racking Perfectionist – New 2nd ShiftPlateco – Reedsburg, Wisconsin | Full-TimeNew Shift Created Due to Growth!Plateco is a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and we are adding an entirely new 2nd Shift due to continued company growth and increased production needs!We are looking for high-energy, motivated Racking Perfectionists to join our expanding Production Team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new shift and grow with Plateco.As a Racking Perfectionist, you will play an important role in the plating process by properly preparing metal parts for zinc plating. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail, quality, and productivity matter.No plating experience? No problem! We will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn.Schedule:

• NEW 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday.
  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• $19.00/hour starting pay.
• +$3.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium.

What You'll Do:

• Rack and unrack a variety of metal parts according to customer work orders.
• Properly position parts on racks to ensure they receive the required zinc-plating coverage.
• Inspect parts and racks for proper placement and quality.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a steady production pace while paying close attention to detail.

• Safely handle parts and production materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Learn additional production processes and equipment as you gain experience.

Pay & Benefits:Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
