Provide strategic direction and oversight for all agency operations and sales initiatives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to ensure competitive product offerings.

Mentor a team of insurance professionals, helping them refine their sales techniques and client service standards.

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new business opportunities within the Hollidaysburg community and beyond.

Ensure the agency remains compliant with all state regulations and company policies.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and professional networking functions to drive agency growth.

Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in independent agency management or sales leadership.

Deep understanding of the regional insurance landscape in Central Pennsylvania.

Strong ability to mentor, coach, and recruit high-performing sales producers.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with both carrier partners and local business owners.

Proficiency in agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.
