We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our Mount Vernon, NY location. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment agency, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and improve outcomes

• Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services

• Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary

• Maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty

• Fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and quality within the nursing department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Current RN licensure in the state of New York

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
