A leading Birmingham-based Commercial Construction Company is willing to pay what it takes, plus benefits. The Project Superintendent will coordinate and supervise work on-site, including subcontractor activity, safety, and schedule. Interact with clients regularly and work to build long-term relationships with clients.
5 years of experience leading commercial construction. Will also consider an Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager looking for advancement into a leadership role. Healthcare Project Management a plus! Must be able to read and accurately follow through on architectural and engineering drawings. Safety and OSHA guidelines. Bachelor's in Building Science or equivalent work experience.
Normal Hours: 7 - 4 Monday - Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
