Case Pick Technician

Case Picker – Distribution Center

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Starting Pay: $22.40/hour

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Case Picker to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting cases for outgoing customer orders, building pallets, and ensuring shipments are properly prepared for delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or distribution experience who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

• Pick individual cases for outbound customer orders.
• Hand-stack cases onto pallets while maintaining safe and stable pallet configurations.
• Operate material handling equipment, including:
• • Forklifts
  • Center-rider equipment
  • Pallet jacks
• Verify outgoing pallets for the correct SKU and quantity against Bills of Lading.
• Stack and organize pallets so customers can easily and accurately count products upon receipt.
• Ensure products are properly unitized according to company packaging specifications.
• Verify product lot codes and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Work closely with Shipping Technicians to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of case-picking experience in a distribution center environment required.
• At least 1 year of powered industrial truck/material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, center-riders, or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work for extended periods under pressure while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
