Transport Driver

The Transport Driver provides safe, reliable employee transportation across regional and multi-state routes. Reporting to a fleet supervisor and transportation manager while working with a dispatch team, this role coordinates scheduled trips, maintains vehicle readiness, completes required trip documentation, and responds appropriately to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to support safe, reliable operation.
• Transport passengers across regional and multi-state routes.
• Coordinate delivery and trip schedules with the dispatch team.
• Complete trip and delivery documentation accurately.
• Report incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Clean vehicles and maintain a professional passenger environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years or more of driving experience.
• MUST bring driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vehicle inspection experience.
• Time management skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Situational awareness.
