Customer Service Representative (Temporary, Potential Temp-to-Hire) – $16/hr – Fort Worth, TX

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring up to 5 Customer Service Representatives for an established custom products company in Fort Worth (76248). This is full-time temporary work through at least December 18th. Strong performers may be considered for permanent roles.

Pay & Schedule

• $16.00/hour, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Peak season (Nov 30 – Dec 18): You must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Mandatory overtime is based on business needs.
• Start date: Monday, October 19th

What You’ll Do

• Answer and document all incoming customer calls, including complex questions about specialized products
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Document every interaction accurately, following company procedure
• Help the team meet goals for call handling, first-contact resolution, and customer retention
• Take feedback and coaching on board, and apply it

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a professional phone voice
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to manage your own work using performance metrics
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Coachable, results-driven, and motivated by helping people

Attendance Is Critical
This client relies heavily on this team during peak season, so dependable attendance is non-negotiable. No call-outs, missed days, or tardiness are permitted, especially from Nov 30 through Dec 18.
