About the Role:
Just Between Seniors LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every single day. If you have a heart for helping others and a passion for elder care, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Document and communicate any changes in client condition to appropriate parties
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly individuals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
