Project Manager - Plumbing

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, field techs, vendors, and internal teams. Responsible for making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Will manage HVAC projects from initial planning and estimating through installation, commissioning, and financial closeout. Review invoices, purchase orders, material requests, and subcontractor documents.

Proven HVAC project management experience, preferably in commercial or mechanical contracting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specs. Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.

Normal hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Criminal/Drug Testing
