Position: Field Marketing Manager -  In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth. No Selling!
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
