Location: Camarillo, CA

Schedule: M-F  3:3p-12p (2nd shift)

Thin Film Operator Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturer who is seeking a Thin Film Operator to join their team. The Thin Film Operator will work as part of the production team performing electrical testing, operating a sorting machine, and inspecting parts using a microscope. The ideal Thin Film Operator has experience working with small parts under a microscope in a manufacturing environment. The Thin Film Operator is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Camarillo, CA.

Thin Film Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Pack Products Using Microscope & Tweezers
• Release Parts from Wax
• Operate Sorting machine
• Electrically Test Parts for Capacitance, Dissipation Factor & Internal Resistance
• Plating & Etching of Substrates Using Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
• 50% Visual Inspection of Parts Under a Microscope to Remove Defective Parts that do not meet Specified Criteria
• Cross-training for Other Jobs is Required so that Employees can Occasionally fill in at Other Departments when Required
• Follow all Safety & PPE Guidelines 

Thin Film Operator Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must Have Experience Working with a Microscope & Working with Small, Microscopic Parts
• Must be a Self-Starter & be Able to Work Independently
• Detail-Oriented
