JOB DESCRIPTION
We are investing in bright, agile, and diverse talent to contribute to our mission of innovating our business and creating a superior customer experience. We're actively seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our new CMD Engineering team.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in technology direction and the delivery of complex solutions for the CMD Division. You will join a dedicated and self-organizing agile team in developing next-generation applications, data, and automation tools in the cloud. Beyond technical capabilities, we're looking for a mission-driven self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture. Successful candidates will have deep architecture, engineering, and application development experience to drive superior solutions that result in positive business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive complex software projects, spanning across multiple engineering groups across the company.
- Analyzes complex business problems, evaluate technology solutions, and build working prototypes to share.
- Partners with the business and other technical experts across the enterprise to evaluate technology solutions and build working cutting edge prototypes to share.
- Function as a SME for modern cloud and software development tools, including the discovery and incubation of new capabilities.
- Executing a project from requirements to working software to share with the business and technology teams.
- Mine large and complex datasets for insights and conversion to new product features.
- Communicate complex concepts and results in a clear and effective manner.
- Participate in peer reviews and technology collaboration with other Architects across the enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, data, and architecture design. 2+ years of cloud and automation expertise.
- Good working knowledge for a variety of automation, integration and business process management solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing software, data integration, process automation and API services in AWS.
- Strong foundation with modern SDLC in various technologies (AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C# on Windows/Linux OS).
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience being part of a fast-paced agile software development team;
- Desire and ability to train, mentor, and develop technical skills of more junior automation engineers.

- Deep experience in software engineering, AWS and modern automation tools.
